Built 400 Miles of Fiber in Just 7 Months
This year, we ramped up our efforts, building 400 miles of fiber in just seven months. This came after we received our award from the WI Public Service Commission last Spring. This is a remarkable improvement compared to a few years ago when we built 175 miles in nine months. This progress reflects our commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality internet access to our communities as quickly as possible.
Service Upgrades at No Additional Cost
In our ongoing commitment to provide the best value to our customers, we upgraded the service for every customer this past year – absolutely free of charge. We believe in offering not just fast and reliable internet but also continuous improvements to meet your needs.
Efficient Outage Responses
We understand how vital internet connectivity is for your daily life. That’s why we’ve prioritized rapid responses to outages and service incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to your connectivity. We’ve learned more about our system and how we can reroute services to keep you connected. We have installed additional redundancy to help eliminate outages. And we also offer battery backup services for those times when the power goes out.
Expanded Team of Experts
To serve you better, we’ve hired two full-time fiber technicians who bring their expertise to maintain and enhance our network. These additions strengthen our team and our ability to respond to your needs promptly.
